Equate Scotland〔http://www.equatescotland.org.uk/〕 is an organisation established to promote and encourage the advancement of women in science, engineering, technology and the built environment. It is based at Edinburgh Napier University in Scotland. Equate began in 2006 as the ''Scottish Resource Centre for Women in Science Engineering and Technology''〔http://www.napier.ac.uk/research/centresandprojects/src/about-us/Pages/About-us.aspx〕 and was the delivery agent in Scotland for the former ''UK Resource Centre for Women in Science Engineering and Technology'' ().
